西洋百合“卢浮宫”的组培技术研究

以鳞片为外植体、MS为基本培养基,以不同激素成分及不同质量浓度水平下诱导西洋百合"卢浮宫"的小鳞茎状突起,进行组培试验。结果表明:"卢浮宫"百合的诱导以取其完整的鳞片为外植体、并以鳞片背部突起处紧贴于MS 6 BA2 0mg·L-1 NAA0 2mg·L-1的培养基上诱导效果为最好。"卢浮宫"百合的诱导是由外植体(鳞片)产生小鳞茎状突起而分化成苗的,并不经愈伤组织分化产生。筛选出的最佳继代增殖培养基为MS 6 BA0 7mg·L-1 IBA0 3mg·L-1,生根培养基为1 2MS 6 BA0 3mg·L-1 IBA0 7mg·L-1。移植基质选择河泥和珍珠岩(体积比7∶3)混合,成活率达98%。     

不同光环境下水曲柳幼树光合指标的生理反应

应用Li-640002B型光合仪对生长在不同光环境下的水曲柳幼树的光合特性进行了测定。统计分析结果表明,幼树对低光环境具有较强的适应能力,能够在0.512μmol·m-2·s-1的条件下正常生活。幼树光合速率最高可达13.0μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点(LSP)1000μmol·m-2·s-1左右,适生光环境为800～1000μmol·m-2·s-1。     

Simple method for synthesizing phenolicβ-O-4 dilignols

A modified synthetic method for phenolic-O-4 lignin substructure model dimers was developed involving protection of the phenolic hydroxyl group of acetophenons with benzoyl chloride, bromination with 4-dimethylaminopyridiniumbromide perbromide, condensation with phenols in the presence of 18-crown-6-ether, condensation with paraformaldehyde, reduction with NaBH₄ and debenzoylation. This method results in shorter reaction times and increasing yields without the application of strict anhydrous and drastic conditions or chloric solvents. This alternative route could be applied to the-O-4 dilignol syntheses of four combinations of guaiacyl and syringyl derivatives.     

油茶油脂的生物合成及调控基因的特性

茶油在种子内主要以油体形式存在,因而油体蛋白的数量与种类决定了油体的数量与特性,在长期进化中油体蛋白基因失去了内含子,可促进油体蛋白的快速表达.茶油生物合成过程中涉及了大量酶与蛋白质的参与,其中丙二酸单酰C oA决定了饱和脂肪酸的合成速度;硬脂酰ACP脱饱和酶直接控制不饱和脂肪酸的含量;油酸脱饱和酶控制多不饱和脂肪酸的含量与种类.还需克隆相关基因的全长cDNA,并通过分子生物学技术确定这些基因的功能与调控机理.     

Fractional brownian motion and binary market models

We prove a Donsker type approximation theorem for the fractional Brownian motion in the case of the Hurst index greater than one half. With this approximation we construct an elementary market model that converges weakly to the fractional analogue of the Black Scholes model. We show that there exist arbitrage opportunities in this model.     

Human Simulated Intelligence Motion Control for Three-link Acrobot on Horizontal Bar

The design of multi-controller and multi-mode control law is presented for the three-link Acrobot on horizontal bar by employing Human simulated intelligent control method based on sensory-motor Schema.Imitated the characteristics of gymnast's swing-up and handstand movement,the control process of robot is divided by six sequence phase.Then the sensory cell and motor cell and the group of sensory-motor schema is designed based on the analysis of quality-quantity combination.The simulation results show that the controller ensures the gesture and the energy to the desired goal,farther more the motion control of giant swing backword is realized in the simulation.     

On System Stability under Random Perturbations

In this paper we concider the problem of stability of stochastic evolution systemsin Hilbert space drived by a cylindrical Brownian mothin. We regard the stochestic evolutionequation dXt = AXtdt +G(Xt)dBt as a deterministic system of the form dXt=AXtdt under randomperturbation,and obtain stability of its solution. It is shown that under certain assumptions,itsevolution solution and L2-contimuous evulution solution are exponertially stable.     

Harmonic Analysis and Suppression of High-frequency Welding Devices

This paper analyzes the structure and line current waveform of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit. As an application of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit, a high-frequency welding device's simulation model and harmonic analysis of line current are presented. Results of simulation are compared to field measurements. The two are in a good agreement, so this simulation model is correct. Two single-tuning filters and one second-order HPF are designed according to the device's harmonic condition. Simulation results of the circuit with filters indicate decrease of the harmonics in current of power supply, and the waveform is close to sinusoidal wave, which prove correctness of the solution to harmonics pollution.     

System Design for Leather Cavity XCT

This paper introduces a method of solving the problem of leather cavity measurement in shoe CAD/CAM by industrial CT technology. Concentrating on peculiarity and requirement of leather cavity measurement, this paper presents a X-ray industrial CT system scheme, which not only satisfy the requirement of leather cavity measurement but also can achieve general industrial CT. measurement. The achievement on data collection system and motion control of stepping motor is emphasized.     

Study on Synthesis of High Quality Lactide

Polylactide,a biodegradable polymer, is an important biomedical meaterial. The synthesis of lactide from lactic acid is the key dimer of polylactide,unevitably affacting the polymerized process and the quality. Present work improves synthesis process of lactide. The synthesized factors are discussed, the reactive time is shortened and the quality of resultant is also raised.
